You are not obligated to sell your items.  If you choose to sell your items to us and accept our purchase offer, you do so of your own free will. You will be asked to sign a receipt. Because precious metals prices fluctuate and market conditions change quickly, your receipt will indicate, and by way of your signature you will agree, that all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

WE WILL REPORT ALL SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY TO LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES IMMEDIATELY ON ARRIVAL IN OUR OFFICES.WE WORK CLOSELT WITH THE RALEIGH POLICE DEPARTMENT AND SUPPORT ALL LOCAL ANTI-CRIME INITIATIVES.

North Carolina law requires that we see proof of identification from persons selling or attempting to sell items to us.
